SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We only ship and deliver within Qatar.

  • Shipping over QR 399 is free. Orders under this amount are charged QR 15 for delivery within Doha and QR 30 for areas outside Doha.

  • Shipping time depend on stock availability and shall be within 2 business days.

  • You can contact us to collect your items from our warehouse, please allow 2 days for us to arrange and consolidate your order. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

  • A Single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and / or weight limits for parcels by the courier/postal company.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

  • We accept returns on most of our items, and are able to offer either an exchange or refund considering that the item returned is in sellable condition.

  • Our return period is 5 days. Returns not in sellable condition or with accessories or manuals missing will not be refunded.

  • For printers and other IT products, electronic goods and machines, returns will be accepted only if the package is in original condition. Returns not accepted if the package is opened, seal or warranty sticker broken or tampered

  • Note: No refunds or returns for furniture's unless the item has manufacturer defect.

ORDERING

  • Your order will be received within 2-5 business days. Please see Shipping & Delivery section for more information.

  • If you would like to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can stop processing by giving us a call. Please see contact us page.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

  • We accept Cash on Delivery option only at the moment.

VIEWING ORDERS

  • You can login to your account to view the orders placed, shipping tracking and other information.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • You can update the account information by logging into the account.
